Care instructions
After your workout, sanitize the mat with Core Cleaner and its slightly damp microfiber cloth.
The mat can also be machine-washed at 30°C without detergent. A spin cycle of up to 400 rpm is allowed. It is recommended to let the mat dry flat, away from direct sunlight.
Make sure the mat is completely dry before rolling it up and store it out of direct sunlight.
To preserve the 3D texture, roll the mat with the top side facing outward.
To protect the mat’s surface, avoid wearing rings during practice or applying oily lotions such as sunscreen.
Barefoot use is recommended.

Delivery and returns
Is delivery free?
Delivery to a pick-up point is free for all purchases, we offer standard delivery for purchases over €150 in mainland France.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 12pm (French time) are shipped the same day.
After shipment, delivery times vary between 3 to 5 business days, except in special circumstances. During peak periods such as sales or Christmas, delivery times may increase. This is exceptional, and we will notify you if this is the case
How to make a return?
If you would like to make a return, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order date and order number. Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to provide you with a return label to be printed and affixed to the original box.
