Before your session

Use your mat for gentle practices: yoga, Pilates, stretching, meditation.
Barefoot use (or soft socks) is recommended to preserve the surface.
For more intense or heated sessions, consider adding a thin towel to protect the delicate fiber.

During your session

Your mat loves movement, but not excess moisture.
As cashmere is a noble material, avoid heavy perspiration or aggressive friction that could alter the surface.
To protect the top layer, do not wear rings and avoid greasy lotions (such as sunscreen or similar products).

After your session

Gently wipe the mat with a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with cold water.
If a small mark appears, use a damp cloth with a touch of mild soap.
Let it dry completely, flat, in open air, away from heat sources or direct sunlight.
Ensure the mat is fully dry before rolling it up.

Regular cleaning

Light cleaning: after each session.
Deeper care: about once a month.
Always treat it gently, no soaking, and no alcohol, vinegar, or harsh products.
Not machine washable.

Storage & transport

Roll the mat outward to preserve the fiber.
Store it in a dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
For transport, place it in its protective sleeve.
